My love of MATH
This post is a dedication to my obsession with COLOR and math. The calculations below are used to determine what would best be described as a color's "DNA". All three of the equations are methods of creating a color space and are used by the printing and design industries to maintain color accuracy. I became interested in color theory during my time at The Art Institute of Colorado. Creating my first ICC profile was a revelation that turned into a passion. As an artist, having the ability to print what you have created, exactly how you have envisioned it is a must! And this is how we achieve those results . . .
